The 2010 annual budget has been mailed to every owner.

Next HOA meeting will be Monday January 11th at 6:30 pm.

2008 Annual Meeting Results

The HOA 2008 annual meeting was held on April 11th. There were no nominations for the 3 open director positions on the HOA. board, nor was quorum present. The board suspended the annual meeting and 3 volunteers were appointed to serve for one year on the board. While Erick Langer's 3-year term was up, he accepted a position to stay on for a 4th year. Pamela Viola joins the board of directors for the first time, and Nancy DiPaolo returned after a brief hiatus.

The 2009 budget will be approved at the June 9th meeting. All home owners on the list serve will be emailed the budget ahead of time for comments. After the board approves the final budget, it will be mailed to all owners of record.
