Annual Meeting Results

The HOA 2008 annual meeting was held on April 11th. There were no nominations for the 3 open director positions on the HOA. board, nor was quorum present. The board suspended the annual meeting and 3 volunteers were appointed to serve for one year on the board. While Erick Langer’s 3 year term was up, he accepted a position to stay on for a 4th year. Pamela Viola joins the board of directors for the first time, and Nancy DiPaolo returned after a brief hiatus.

The 2009 budget will be approved at the June 9th meeting. All home owners on the list serve will be emailed the budget ahead of time for comments. After the board approves the final budget, it will be mailed to all owners of record.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Colecroft Home Owners will be May 12th at 7:00 pm (registration starts at 6:30 am) in the community room at the Colecroft Station condominiums (no relation to our Colecroft). The entrance is across from the Braddock Road metro, to the right of the main doors (in the traffic circle).

3 officer positions on the Board of Directors are open. Please consider giving back to your neighborhood and helping to manage one of the biggest financial investments you probably have. We especially need people with legal, accounting, business or property experience.

The meeting will include a briefing of the year’s crime statistics, the possibility of a dues increase, and a quick review of plans. It's the owner’s meeting, so please come, learn and share.
