About Colecroft
Colecroft consists of 83 townhouses, and 48 condominiums. All 131 units fall under the care and leadership of the Colecroft Home Owners Association (HOA), and pay monthly dues. The condominiums have their own Colecroft Condominium Association (COA) to manage specific condo needs and responsibilities, which also involves monthly dues.
The grounds and parking lots are maintained by the HOA. This includes contracting and management of trash and recycling and grounds keeping services.
