About Colecroft
Colecroft consists of 83 townhouses and 48 condominiums. All 131 units fall under the Colecroft Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for enforcing Colecroft's governing documents in the form of covenants, bylaws, regulations and architectural guidelines; maintaining the common areas and parking lots; and contracting for trash, recycling, and grounds keeping services. The condominiums have their own Colecroft Condominium Owners Association (COA) to manage and enforce specific condominium needs and responsibilities. Membership in the HOA is mandatory and requires the payment of monthly assessments. The same is true for condominium owners with the COA.
